How to lose weight fast with 4 easy actions

Most people would agree that to lose weight fast is not healthy for you, but our bodies are so overstressed with incorrect eating habits and lifestyle choices, that when you change a few simple things – the weight drops off fast.

Would you like to look like the woman on the left? I am going to show you four steps to lose weight fast without ridiculous diets or overdoing the exercise thing (which just causes massive stress to your body if you are relatively inactive).

The best part is that if you continue to do the four things I am going list below on a consistent basis, the weight will stay off. Eventually the weight loss does plateau but your body’s metabolism adjusts to the change and keeps the weight off.

My friend Michael Gers who wrote the book “Fat equals Thin” gave me these four tips and I lost 10kg in three months. That’s a drop in two dress sizes. Do you have any idea how AWESOME that feels?

So here is how I lost weight fast:

1) Stop all sugar 

By this I mean all sugar. Stop using sugar in your tea or coffee. “But I hate bitter tea or coffee!” That’s what you are all saying now. So, have honey instead. It still tastes sweet but it is so much healthier for you. The best part is that you can enjoy your coffee and know that you are losing weight.

Cut out those sweets and sugary cold drinks, and don’t even bother with the diet cold drinks. They are trashing your metabolism. Switch to fresh fruit juice or fruit. You still get the sweetness but none of the bad side effects and they are good for your digestive system.

2) Stop drinking milk

Milk has a very high fat content which contributes to your body’s build up of fat. Black tea or coffee is actually very tasty, although I must admit it took me a while to get used to it. After about a week or so, you become so accustomed to the taste that drinking it with milk again actually feels odd. Instead drink lots of water. It flushes out your system and re-hydrates your body.

3) Stop eating crisps

Those potato crisps have got such a high fat level that they are extremely bad for you. My friend “B” works for a company that manufactures crisps and and she told me about the manufacturing process. I was horrified! They are pure oil! It’s just not worth the momentary pleasure of munching those chips. I now munch on raw green beans.

And I can hear the ‘eeeuwwws’ coming from you. They taste great and are even crunchier than crisps but you are burning off fat while you eat them.

4) Go for a walk three times a week

By going for a 20 minute walk just three times a week, you are increasing your metabolism, burning off fat and more importantly you are not over-stressing your body and causing damage.

Besides the physical benefits, there are huge emotional benefits. It releases tension, gives you a break from your daily challenges and frees your mind up for a while. And the best part? You are losing weight fast!

So, how easy is that? No stress, no major exercise, no sacrifice. Just a few simple steps and you will lose weight fast!
